產品簡介

• 自1980年以來，Picoprobe®微波探針和示波器探頭的創始者GGB公司一直致力于滿足全球半導體行業的晶圓測試需求，初始時期主要提供高阻探針，用于復雜邏輯和存儲芯片內部工作原理的的診斷研究。

• 1988年，GGB公司用一具有50 ohm共面柔性尖端的新型同軸微波探針徹底改變了晶圓上的微波探測。1992年GGB公司推出的高性能毫米波探頭的問世確定了其在微波探頭領域的領先地位。
